M. J. Phoenix & Son were appointed as main contractor to develop an executive residential development containing 11 high specification apartments in Belmont, Durham. The project which was located on a baron site required a significant amount of groundworks both in design and installation to be undertaken prior to commencing construction. The building was designed by The Design Gap Ltd to create a high-end finish, both internally and externally of which M. J Phoenix & Son delivered effectively and efficiently.
Rookhope Cottage, Slaley

M J Phoenix & Son were appointed to carry out a new build Construction within the village of Slaley. the works comprised groundworks and below-ground masonry prior to the installation of beam and block flooring. A timber frame internal frame was installed to save the clients both programme time and cost with an external face of stonework sourced from a nearby quarry to complement the nearby properties. Internally the property was fitted out to the client’s design and requirements.
